The State & Society is an independent digital publication on politics, governance, law, technology, public policy, and society.
Each essay names its author and the date it was published. When a piece is corrected, the correction stays on the essay. Requests for a correction can be sent to @thestatesociety.
- Independence. The publication does not belong to a party, a government, or a campaign.
- Authorship. Readers can see who wrote an essay and when it was published.
- Corrections. A mistake is acknowledged on the essay itself, where the original claim appeared.
